You wanted to say...:

Holy Cow I must have touched a nerve. While I haven't finished reading the WHOLE THING yet, I do have one comment. I *never* said it was a 757. I just said you could see the plane. Which I can. It sure looks like a plane to me. And, I watched it again and what I see as a plane is clearly not still "out there" anymore when the explosion happens. Maybe we are looking at two different things. Like I said, I believe it's within the realm of possibility our government COULD do something like that. I just don't happen to believe they did it this time.

Understandable Windylady. I think more than anything I am just indulging this guy. Some of what he has sent to me seems pretty credible, and other things, well I am still somewhat skeptical about them. Personally, I couldn't tell about the small video if there was still something out there seconds after the explosion. Maybe it is my weakening eyesight, or it just moves too quickly for me. I don't know. I would love to find a site that has slowed that footage way down. What does strike me weird is that there wasn't anything left of the plane except that one single piece shown all over the net as the "smoking gun evidence". It isn't convincing enough for me yet. I put nothing past this government. I am still in the "i think they had a hand in it" camp.

Ravyne, I wouldn't waste any more time with this guy and his fantastic imagination and obsession, when there are many "real" issues about this reckless Bush administration, which is relentlessly destroying our future, that deserve to be focused on, as you have been doing so well. Keep up the good work!

I have to agree with eyesopen, Ravyne. I think this is hurting your credibility, to be totally honest. I can understand why you may have posted it to begin with, I just think it's time for it to be done. We can keep this issue in mind, and we should, but there are more important issues going on right now that need our attention.

Im so confused. I dont know who is saying what, but heres my own two cents. I wrote about this in iksss guestbook not too long ago. I missed seeing the crash by about 10 minutes. I happened to catch an earlier bus that day. About ten minutes after I got to my office, as people were pacing back and forth talking about the WTC, the building shook. The windows rattled. The floors jumped. I work far enough away from the Pentagon that this was no small explosion. This was a big explosion, one that rocked us all the way over in Alexandria. Driving home, you could see the plumes of smoke rising in several black columns. A few days later, when we came off the clover leaf to go to the bird store, there it was, the gaping chasm. I know enough people who saw it happen, and the chasm on the Pentagon was big enough that theres no doubt in my mind that it was what the government says it was: I huge passenger jet. My uncle-in-law was there, in fact. However, whether Bush knew what was coming is another story entirely. I, for one, think he was warned, and either did not take the warnings seriously out of his own stupidity or, in a disgusting display of opportunism for the PNAC, took no action to stop it. But, with all the great intelligence-gathering capability this country has, and with all the reports our intelligence agencies gave him, theres no way he did NOT know.

I guess I missed the part where he answered the question, "What happened to flight AA 77"? If I offered to mail him a dollar, you think that'd get him to answer? While I think he is definitely delusional, I'd like to see how the story ends.

Mr. Holmgren has invited anyone who wishes to participate in this discussion further to email him. I have given the space for the seedling of this and if anyone wants it to flourish, then they will have to take it straight to the source: [email protected]

This weekend I started reading several of the sites you've listed regarding this controversy, and I am now firmly convinced that there was a great amount of internal conspiracy going on. It was this article that won me over (http://austin.indymedia.org/front.php3?article_id=2342&group=webcast). It was well-documented and level-headed. I had a hard time with Mr. Holmgren because of his obvious hatred for the president and his regime, and when emotions like that are involved it's hard to keep a clear head, thus negating a lot of credibility. My question is this: If we have a government that so ruthlessly aided (or even masterminded) a horrible act like this, isn't any vocal dissent or questioning (provided it's the right track) putting the questioner's life in danger? What would make one loud-mouthed person's life any less easy to dispose of than everyone else who died in this tradgedy? I'm truly frightened for our country.

Well, I've done a lot of reading since I first read the first article. Call it following Aristotle's advice to entertain an idea without accepting it. And what do you know... I've started to accept it. I'm not going to rehash any of what Mr. Holmgren has already said. Read the articles he posted. Read this: http://www.humanunderground.com/11september/pent.html And search on your own, too. Look for evidence and make your own conclusion, but do so with an open mind. Please.

so tell me...:
