America In Debt - Not a Good Photo-Op MomentNormally Bush takes every opportunity to have a photo-op moment; however, on Tuesday, Bush "quietly" signed a bill that raised the current borrowing limit from $6.4 Trillion to 7.4 Trillion. He had to raise the borrowing limit because he has already reached the $6.4 Trillion cap earlier this year. So, enjoy the tax cut because it has now put America deeper in debt. IF the Bush Administration sends me a check later this summer, I plan on returning it to the government with a note saying: Please return this to the treasury department. I would rather be poor today than have my grandchildren's children pay for my government's mistakes in the future. ~Did You Miss These?~ Just a Reminder - Tuesday, Nov. 04, 2003 Ravyne Is Moving - Friday, Oct. 17, 2003 The Mission - Sunday, Oct. 12, 2003 Siege Heil - Thursday, Oct. 09, 2003 Litany Of Lies - Wednesday, Oct. 08, 2003 |
